Maker Space: Robots Galore!

Over the past two weeks in Makerspace, students have been developing their creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills through hands-on coding and robotics activities.

Our Kindergarten to Grade 2 students worked together to program Tale-Bots, using grid maps to explore directions, sequencing, and basic coding concepts.

Meanwhile, students in Grades 3–5 took their learning a step further by using iPads to code and control Dash Bots. They experimented with a variety of commands and challenges, learning how precise instructions and teamwork can bring a robot to life.

It has been exciting to watch students test their ideas, troubleshoot problems, and celebrate their successes as they build confidence in computational thinking and technology skills.
